Customized items tailored to your needs are available within 6 to 8 weeks. Online order: – Purchase the item that interest you. An Agatha specialist will contact you within 48 hours to validate your choices, answer your questions and make adjustments if necessary. – A visit to our warehouse-store is recommended for you to see the original colour samples. – The order can easily be cancelled and fully refunded before sending your final choice in production to Dutailier. Warehouse-store Order: – Specialists are waiting to meet your needs, answer your questions and present the range of Dutailier furniture. – Samples of wood, fabrics, leathers and vinyls are available to help you confirm your choices. Notes regarding Dutailier orders Several Dutailier items are not eligible for the standard delivery service offered by Agatha le baby shop. Pick-up at the Montreal store is privileged. However, specialized delivery service can be provided. The cost is variable and can be estimated on request. Dutailier orders are final sales from the moment we have your email confirmation or in-store confirmation of your choice of model and colour.
