We know it’s in our best interest to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or the product is not suitable to your needs, you can return the merchandise within 90 days of receiving your items for a full refund of the purchase price with the exception of the shipping charges.
For all merchandise returns, here is the procedure to follow:
1- Please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number. Please include pictures showing the state of the product in the email.
2- Agatha boutique will contact you and provide you with a return shipping label. You will have to return the product in its box, print the label and affix the printed shipping label to the package. Then, you will have 7 days to drop off the parcel at your local post office.
3- Once you’ve made your returns request, please allow one to two weeks for receiving and inspection of the product at our location, after which the purchase price of the item will be refunded, excluding $13 for the shipping costs, using the same mode of payment used for the purchase.
All products you wish to return must be mailed to our warehouse. You can also return products in person directly to the warehouse from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm.

Products Must Be In Their Original Condition
To obtain a refund, the items must be in their original condition, with the exception of defective or damaged products. They must meet the following conditions:
- In their original packaging, with labels and instruction booklets
- In their original condition (not used or washed)(in the case of a woven wrap, a stretchy wrap or a ring sling, the item needs to be “loom state”; still folded, not washed, not tried)
- Disassembled (where applicable)
- Be cleaned, without unusual odour and without animal/human hair
All products are rigorously inspected upon receipt. Agatha boutique will not allow refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria.
Agatha boutique reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions and return it to the buyer at the expense of the latter. In some cases, replenishment fees may apply.
Returns of Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. For a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days following the reception of your item at email@example.com.
Include photos of the product in question and your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible and replace your item at no additional charge.

Agatha boutique accepts returns for the vast majority of products sold, including discounted ones. Due to the nature of certain items and our inability to guarantee that they will be completely new, safe, and hygienic for the next customer, some specific products are non-returnable. For example, car seats (for safety reasons), hygiene items (such as nasal aspirators) and gift cards are final sales.
Agatha boutique accepts returns of products purchased on sale if they are in their original and new condition.
If you want to buy the same product in another size or colour, but the product is no longer on sale, we will match the original price. Please contact customer service at email@example.com before placing the second order.
Agatha Boutique Refunds, but Does Not Offer Exchanges
Our experience shows that it is better for everyone not to offer exchanges because it is easier to refund a product at the time of return. It is faster and easier to consider each transaction separately, so you will not have to wait for the completion of the return before ordering the right product. If you prefer a different colour or size, simply order the desired style and return us the unwanted product as soon as possible. Passing this second order eliminates the need to wait until the refund is made and ensures that the right product is delivered to you as soon as possible.
Returns are processed from Monday to Saturday. Only after acknowledging receipt of the package and checking that the content is in perfect condition can we begin the return process. During peak periods and promotions, the return process following receipt of merchandise may take up to 5 business days.
