The points from the cashback program accumulate on any purchase made online, in store, over the phone and through virtual consultation.
Experience points are earned on any purchase except for gift cards, VIP cards and products from the following brands: 4moms, Baby Jogger, BabyBjörn, Babyletto , Babyzen, Baby Brezza. Bob, Britax, Charlie Crane, Clek, Cybex, DaVinci, Dekor, Dutailier, Franklin & Ben, BG, Halo, Maxi-Cosi, Million Dollar Baby, Mima, Monte Design, Nomi, Nuna, Nursery Works, Peg Perego, Silver Cross, Stokke, Tempur-Pedic, Thule, Valcobaby, and Veer.
The use of discounts is subject to the same list of exclusions.
Any purchase made when registering for the Experience program is taken into account to establish the level of member privileges (Initiate, Pro or Elite). So, you access a higher level of privilege even by completing certain purchases for which the discounts are not cumulative.
The points accumulated expire 3 months following the date of the purchase or the action carried out.
