If you were an Agatha customer and had a pending order, we invite you to contact the financial institution that issued your credit card in order to request a refund via the chargeback process.
If the card issuer reimburses you after your request, you won't have to do anything.
For consumers who are not eligible for chargeback and have not received a refund in any way, you will be able to file a proof of claim with the syndic. You will find the form to fill out enclosed with the notice you will receive from the trustee in the coming weeks.
